Membership

Above all, a membership in the Georgia Conservancy supports our organization financially. Our work to protect Georgia's natural resources is made possible because of the contributions of our members.

Your membership means more support for clean air and water, land conservation and coastal protection. It also lends strength and credibility when we are influencing public policy as well as decisions regarding economic and sustainable growth issues.

For example, we successfully advocated for the passing of a state's Water Stewardship Act, giving Georgia the nation’s strongest water conservation laws. We also launched our new land conservation program, which is off to an incredible start. This simply wouldn't have been possible without our members’ support.

All members of the Georgia Conservancy have the opportunity to advocate with us on important environmental issues, stay up-to-date on the most pressing environmental stories of the day and join us on special outdoor adventure trips, educational opportunities and service projects across the state.
