Hosted by REI and in support of the Georgia Conservancy, the Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour Atlanta Screening has long been a fan favorite for those seeking adventure and inspiration.
Get off the beaten path and explore the edge of believable with captivating stories from the 49th Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival, coming to The Ferst Center at Georgia Tech, on March 21 at 7 PM. Stand on the highest peaks, ski the steepest slopes, and be a part of the gripping adventures waiting for you in this year’s Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival World Tour. From exploring remote landscapes to adrenaline-fueled action sports, films selected for the 2025/2026 World Tour are sure to captivate and amaze you. Be moved. Be inspired. Don’t miss out. The series of short adventure films will last 2.5 to 3 hours, including a brief intermission. Summaries and previews of the selected films showing at the Atlanta screening are below!
REI and the Georgia Conservancy welcome you to join us in the Ferst Center lobby at 6 PM, before the films start, to learn more about the work of our organizations and meet some of the local organizations that REI has supported during the last 12 months!
