Georgia Conservancy recently launched SAGE (Stewards and Advocates for Georgia’s Environment), a new community of conservation-minded women leaders, advocates, and philanthropists committed to shaping Georgia’s environmental future.
The inaugural event, “Advocacy in Action,” brought together an inspiring group of women for an evening focused on connection, conservation, and civic engagement. Georgia Conservancy President Katherine Moore shared the organization’s policy priorities and vision for conservation across the state, while our advocacy team discussed its work under the Gold Dome during the 2026 Legislative Session and the importance of building strong voices for conservation in Georgia.
Through SAGE, Georgia Conservancy aims to deepen engagement, expand awareness of environmental issues, and create meaningful opportunities for women to support and advance conservation.
