Scott Kitchens brings a steady, solutions-minded approach to the Georgia Conservancy board. As a partner at Alston & Bird, Scott works with companies and investors across a wide range of industries—from technology and manufacturing to food and beverage and fintech—helping them navigate major deals and long-term growth. His work often sits at the intersection of strategy and collaboration, guiding partners through complex mergers, investments, and commercial agreements in a way that keeps their business goals front and center.
Beyond his professional work, Scott is committed to strengthening communities and expanding access to the outdoors. He also serves on the board of the PATH Foundation, which builds and connects multi-use trails throughout metro Atlanta and the Southeast—work that closely aligns with Georgia Conservancy’s vision for a more connected, healthy, and accessible Georgia.
